Here are some from me:

A bank robbery gone bad. 1 man got killed in that operation and 2 arrested

Suicide jump. When EMT´s and LAPD arrived the man was dead.

The Mayor visiting LAPD. LAPD and LACS handled security and the escort trough the city.

I claimed that the mayor was inside and that was his escort, the LAPD SWAT took care of front protection and then LACS where on the inside.

Ok here are some new ones:
LACoFD Squad 8, AMR and LASD respond to a person having seizures.

Multipule agencies on scene of a large wildfire endagering homes

LAFD Utility Support 1 satffed by CERT members establish a rehab station for units at the fire.

Yeah, I've edited some of them to create other vehicles and personnel not in the mod, I'm working on getting a few more in game and fixing a few glitches (the paramedics are glitchy, bu tthe tent works fine), and I will ask Hoppah for permisson to release them as a small mod for other players.

large forest fire due to gas explosion:

yet another wtf? moment (caused by same explosion)

3 alarm fire

bad car accident in my own mod for em3 (edited lights on original vehicles)

and 'the mysterious floating vent' in em3 freeplay. this image IS copyrighted.

Facepalm - Apply directly to the forehead. If it isn't a Boeing, you shouldn't be going.

I didn't want to offend or critisize him, but everyone can make screenshots like that.
Drop some objects on a map and you're done. Too easy.

Be creative ingame. Make up a (news)story or something.

you shouldve seen how many firetrucks were involved in taht mission with me (over 35)
