You're choosing the loading screen ? So I guess the Mod is ready, isn't it ? ...

Just because they made a loading screen doesn't mean it's ready. and don't ask for release dates or progress updates of mods.

What's wrong with plain and simple? Everyone wants some elegant loading screen with this unit, and that unit. Your only going to see it for a minute or two. The current screen they've designed is fine the way it is.

No need to get defensive. You said "So I guess the Mod is ready, isn't it ?" Which in return, you most likely wanted the creators to give an update of progress of the mod, which is against the rules. I was simply advising you of the forum rules since you seem to be fairly new on the forums. I'm sure a moderator would be happy to step in and tell you that rule, and tell us both to get back on topic if you wanted them to.

Now that that is over with, let's get back to the topic.

As for the loading screen, I agree with pyrofreak, simple is the best. and I like the outline of the skyline they have now.

I think the loading screen is just fine. You can make it what you like and fill it with pretty backgrounds and such but it isn't really required

Read me now: Yes you did ask for a progress, and I saw your post but I thought you were smart enough to even listen to a member that is a year older than you in terms of experience on Emergency-Planet. Now you made me post for nothing because as I see in your post, you already knew that rule. Enjoy your warning.

As always, great job you've done! Consultation with the audience in the forum, there will always be conflicting views, but it does not matter because you are the creators of the mod... last word is yours.

background of nyc with a transparent american flag and an engine at the side would be pretty cool.

yep, k12 rescue saw

the only problem with this solution is that the whole picture gets overloaded with graphics... also the lettering and the loadingbar as far as the truck get overwhelmed by the background and thats really not necessary for a loading screen... doesn't look really nice, we tested it out

I like the loading screen - but if I could change something, it should be the position of the truck.
It's against the "laws" of pictures to have focus on something in the bottom left corner. What you could do, is to put something at the right corner as well. By doing that the picture has more of a balance so to say

Put another engine (or whatever) in the other corner but keep the current backdrop. Did you guys use photoshop to make it? Will the white loading bar move or is that just for show?
