Well if he is stealing someone's work than it really doesn't deserved to be released.............

we will remove the rescue skin and ambulance skin, but we don't still anything. because we put the real author of the skin.

Edit: Ok Francis, is not the first time that you warning my team, but i promess in that time that we will be correctly, and we was, and we put the credits of the real authors and the merit go to him.

You have not been following all rules. Even if you give credit you NEED TO ASK THE AUTHOR first. Always do this just for safety.. It's stealing no matter if you write "Ambulance Skin by Dyson" all over your front page 1000 times, it doesn't matter, it's still stealing if you don't have his accept.

The only thing I have an issue with is you say you 'found the model', I have 'found' models, in download sections, where people say hey use this in your mod if you want, not downloading a mod, similar to the one you wanna make, and then just using parts of it, where did you get all the other models from?

Yes I know they are I asked where you got them from? But regardless, I don't care, I had faith in this mod but after having stuff robbed and claimed as yours I think my mind has been changed.

It's stealing not stiling, and anyway that was the point you said the ambulance skin was yours it wasnt, you used things without asking the person, a comment on the topic would have been enough for me to know and perhaps agree but just using it is not allowed, thats why everyone is annoyed. Check you made everything in your mod, or atleast know you have permission.

A policy in place on EMP requires that you ALSO credit the author(s) of anything that you use that you did not create. If found to be in violation of this your topic will be closed, and you can find yourself banned. It is not too difficult to contact the author(s) of a mod file and ask them for their permission to use it.

Next one to post regarding this issue that is not a moderator, will enjoy themselves with a nice ban for a week, we are the moderators, you can report a violation rather than just plugging in your two cents.
