Don't cha love apple? I mean in warranty I can't get my iPod touch screen fixed because I cracked it...User abuse??? Really???and with my new iPod touch the screen turned white and I CAN'T GET SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE

Well, you could do a protest like on EM4 and start to throw bottles at the building which then catch fire, just a suggestion :)
