Is there any Gta 4 map maker or editor?

Not what i have stumbled across. If there were, wouldn't there be lots of downloadable maps on fansites?
So i would say that it's impossible to edit maps. Tho there are lots of car- and weapon mods. And some trainers allows you to add some "map-objects", such as skate ramps (pointless ???).

Yeah, It Would Be Pretty impossible. well first of all, it would eat your whole pc. Your computer would not take it.
