well they knew it would happen someday, so I would just like to say: "keep ur hopes up, build a bigger wall and imbrace ur self.."
It was a dramatic situation, but Japan is a strong country.. They rebuilt a highway in 6 days!! so it wont take them long to rebuild.. RIP to the deceased!
And one last thing: 911firstresponder, a drowned person is also a dead person ;) but keep up the gw ;)
