Considering the first season of Hey Arnold, was made in 1996. Kenan & Kel was aired from 1996 to 2000 (Which I watched). I'm not going to carry through with the rest, mainly because I have proven my point. So, if you were born in 96, you are a "90's" kid. In other words, GOOD DAY SIR, GOOD DAY.

I see what you're getting at, but you're saying that 1-4 year olds watched Kenan and Kel, or Hey Arnold when episodes were still actually being made? Yeah, they may have been made between 1996-2000, but how many kids born in that time span actually watched and understood those shows?

Are you kidding? What else did you do during your young age during that time? That's all I did or probably play around, maybe my memory's to vivid.
