Because Virginia beach isn't as cool as LA, did find out that I'm on an episode of cops from there though, I'm walking in the background.

Because no one has wanted to make a mod of that city. American mods arent very common. The only real American mods, imo, are the NY Mod and LA Mod. Others have tried and failed due to lack of skill, or lack of time. It takes alot of time to create a good mod.
