hi
I installed patch 1.3 for em4
And when I opened the installatoin file it says em4 file isn´t installed. (Emergency 4 ist nicht installiert. Die Installatoin wird abgebrochen)
I don´t know if I have NL or FR version of em4 ,so I installed both versions of the patch.
This happens too in patch 1.1 and 1.2.
please help!

ther's no NL version..
only EN,DE and FR
and i looks like you have the DE version
so maybe you should use the 1.3 DE version

On what did you base that?
Your game is probably already patched on 1.3 since in case your game is in English language and shows 1.3 in the corner after starting the game

There is nothing in the corner in the main menu.
And I can´t play for example la mod because there is an editor grid after starting a mission.
So I think i don´t have 1.3 patch.

Correct, you don't have patch 1.3 then
