Does anybody use San Andreas Multiplayer with Windows 7? Does it work alright?
Also,
Will I need to buy a specific version of San Andreas for PC to be able to put mods on? (ex. New crown vics, fire trucks etc.)

You can not use Steam or Direct2download... You have to downgrade it to v1.0 patch can be found at sa-mp.com

do you know MTA? thats a much better then SAMP. but, SAMP v 0.3 is a copy of MTA
they have stolen the idea

No they have not, MTA have diffrent GUI's...
