It works for me. I just wait for the green light then when it's green click on 'download' (The big red button) There is 3 of them. Then a download pop-up appears.

I tried that link too and it just got me to the Emergency 4 Main Menu!!!!! I want to get the FULL version, not translation , the FULL version of the RTS mod!!!!!!!!
