how can i download misstion editer????
i am play la mod 2.0,i want to play more lapd misstion,
so i think edit misstion myslfe,
at last i will thanks to hoppah...

Look in your start menu, programs, to "Sixteentons Entertainment" or "WizardWorks" and in that list you will find de editor from which you can edit maps etc. It is already with the game.

To do that you do not need the EM4 editor, you need to adjust your freeplay files. In the Emergency4/Mods\Los Angeles Mod v2.0\Specs folder you can find the file freeplayparameters.xml. Simply open it with notepad and raise the number behind 'average frequency=' for all police events.
