Ran through DAP & it d/loaded fine.
Just out of interest I ran it again from the site without DAP, and it still kept failing (on a couple of occasions saying "file not found" somewhere in the first 10-20% of download time.
All good now though.

I recently edited the LA freeplay map for my use then I forgot that you need the same files to play on multiplayer so my friend told me to reinstall LA mod which didnt fix the freeplay map. I tried removing LA mod and reinstall Emergency 4 then reinstalling the mod but that didnt work either. My friend gave me his map files folder and I overwrote my maps folder but that didnt work either. I tried just about everything but nothing works to fix the freeplay map. Please help me!!

I´ve downloaded LA mod version 2.1 and it seems to work fine. But I´ve got one issue - I can not access the campaign missions. Everytime I start a new campaign it will just bring me the standard missions from the original game. What do I need to do to play the mod missions?
Thanks for the help!

The mod missions should be listed below the standard missions from the original game. You do not need to start a new campaign.

Thanks for the reply! Does that mean I have to complete the original (=default EM) missions BEFORE I have access to the mod missions? I tried to start new campaigns several times, but it only gives me the default missions

No, you do not need to complete the original missions. All original and mod missions are available when you load the mod. Just select the mission you want to play from the campaign menu. It is not necessary to click on New Campaign.

Thanks for trying to help me, O´Neill but something must be wrong. I cannot see ANY missions without starting a campaign - not in deluxe and not in default. I load the mod and when I enter the "play campaign" menu it doesn´t show any missions - none.

Try reinstalling the mod. Find the Mods folder in your game's directory. The game's folder should be "WizardWorks" for 911: First Responders or "Sixteen Tons Entertainment" for EM4. Open the Mods folder and delete the LA mod folder. Then reinstall the mod.
