Los Angeles Mod bugs, issues and problems

Last weekend I installed the LA Mod as a new challenge after completing all EM4 missions at 100% for the fourth time. I think the LA Mod is just wonderful with all the extra options and so far I managed to get almost every bug mentioned in this topic. With the help of the topic I solved all the issues. However! I managed to get a different bug/problem/issue in the Forest Fire mission.
As stated in the orders for the Forest Fire mission, evacuating the village should be first priority. Contrary to the order, I just start fighting the fire. With 7 engines along the forest part where the fire starts, 1 backup engine near the village and a lot of hard work extinguishing fires and taking down trees; I managed to put all the fires out before any other parts of forest get on fire. Now there are two issues.
1) Traffic gets stuck on the intersection (T-intersection) near the emergency vehicle entry point (near the village). Vehicles are coming from three directions and the cars are more or less blocking each other at the intersection. The traffic jam is blocking incoming emergency vehicles. Actually no emergency vehicles can enter the map (there's also no 'On the scene' sound). Using a few engines with their traffic advisor/arrowsticks helps to clear the traffic jam (which spreads over the map) so that the emergency services can enter the map again.
2) After putting out the fires I concentrate on evacuating the village. When done, the Task Panel shows all three tasks with a green mark. However, there does not appear any end screen showing the score. I am aware of the fact that I did not follow up on the order that evacuation is top priority. This might be the cause of this issue, but also in other missions it is possible to use different strategies to complete the mission. Thing is that an ending screen will show up after completing all tasks; and with Forest Fire it doesn't show.
(Note: I also tried evacuating the village first, but than I lost control of the fires - I know, my bad - which is the reason to take up a different strategy.)
Hopefully Hoppah knows a splendid solution for this.

Last small issue in the VIP Escort mission: after clearing the route of all bad guys, bomb cars and other boobytraps, the convoy sometimes just stops without it being blocked. Sometimes this leads to a message in the top of the screen ('The convoy stops!'), but most of the times nothing happens. A click on the 'Start Convoy' button makes the convoy drive again, though sometimes it stops again after a second. Is this a bug or does that Secret Service guy just need driving lessons?

Not sure about the second, does it happen every time you try that mission?

After you've put out the fires, protected the military base and evacuated the village, a second part of the mission starts where you need to arrest the arsonist. You need to withdraw all you emergency units to the north and west of the map (they need to be outside of the red dotted lines) and the arsonist will enter the map in about five mnutes. After that wait untill he sets a fire and arrest him (and extinguish that fire as well).

The convoy stops at places where it would normally be attacked. You just have to order the convoy to move on if you already took care of all the threats.

Concerning the latest patch: I think I have the latest one, I downloaded it from the download page together with the LA Mod itself. The traffic problem itself doesn't really bother me, but it doesn't seem to be right either. The not-finishing-mission bothered me more.
@Pyrothijs: Thanks for your answer, I do not see a dashed red line in Forest Fire yet, but I will try to get it like that

About the missions, you have to scroll down because the LA missions were placed after the original missions. This was done because there was all sorts of problems placing them first.Hello. I just installed LA Mod today. When I go and activate the mod, it seems to work fine. When I check the campaign missions however, they are exactly the same as the normal game. Also, when I load freeplay, it crashes to desktop. I did everything the FAQ said to do when the freeplay thing doesn't work, but I haven't found anything about the campaign missions.

i got a problem by the fire station at the top of the map a van gets stuck & the only wait to get in out of the way is Blow it up & tow it away will this isue ever be fixed
Click on the link below and follow these instructions. You have 3 vehicles on the same path and you have 1 by the PD Sta @ traffic light on a different path. Look, go to edit and click on that vehicle and click "EDIT" and than click on edit traits. Than Vehicle path.

I set some of my vehicle traffic to 0.3 and 0.5 and I'm still getting heavy traffic flow. What can I do? I am using LA Mod 2.0 and latest patch and Additional units mod.

I'm pretty sure this will fix it:
To download go here.A patch takes too much time to create, as well as rereleasing the whole submod. I fixed the following two script errors and released the fixed files:
- SWAT SUV has no siren
- Patrol command script crash
How to install?
1. Download and extract the package.
2. Move the two files to the following folder and overwrite the old files:
\Los Angeles Mod v2.0\Scripts\Game\Command\
3. Done

Installed the scripts and that fixed the crash issue. Still have the siren issue.
Funny...every other time I send a PD unit, the siren won't work. On the engines, one engine is fine. Two engines and only one siren. I clicked on the siren button for the specific unit and got the same error message...however, this time I could "ignore" but then none of the engines (engines only) would roll code 3. The siren button won't click on or off...but I can click on the lights... (stat code 2?! ROFL)...
EDIT: ...definitely has me scratching my head on this one.

3.) Bethesda Website fix (disable ffdshow)
1. Click Start
2. Click “All Programs” (or just Programs, depending on the version of Windows, whether they’re using “classic,” etc.)
3. Go to the ffdshow folder.
4. Click “Audio decoder configuration.”
5. In the left hand pane, click “Info & debug.” This is the second entry in the list.
6. In the right hand pane, near the bottom, find a check box labelled “Don’t use ffdshow in:”
7. Check that box, and in the text box underneath (it lights up when you check the check box), add “fallout3.exe” (don’t include the quotes). If there is already something in that box, put a semi-colon ( ; ) after what’s already there, and fallout3.exe after that. Do NOT use spaces, since ffdshow will think that’s part of the filename. A valid entry would be “explorer.exe;fallout3.exe” (without quotes).
8. Finally, click “Ok” and start Fallout 3.
This helped with a few other games too.
