UN is an international armed force.
Not even a real military force/unit.
They get their vehicles from other nations.
Respray them.

To go a bit deeper.
The U.N. Uses military from a country. and supply the resprayed armed cars/truck/apc's/tanks.
If th U.N. losses access to these nations. all they have are jeeps, ambulances, few fire trucks and troop movers.
As well as a few support units(water drillers. water purification, and at the very best a few M113 A1/A2/A3's.

so it is posible, the world just needs to be in in enough sh*t for other country's will drop access to the U.N.

Indeed, that's why they don't have amy own armed forces.
To be precise they get vehicles from country's.
The armed forces are soldiers from A country(mostly of they mission area(example, the U.N. used troops from Pakistan and South Africa during the war in Somalia).

The troops from the U.N. are also divided (doctors/nurses and so on)are supplied by the "red cross" Commanding officers are volunteers or from a special unit pool from a country that is part of the UN treaty.
