Right click on the emergency 4 short cut > properties > compatibility> run this program in compatible mode for Windows XP service pack 2 > run as administrator.
Those are my settings, a lot of people seem to have different ones.

Let me see, you left Windows installing all your drivers? Post your logfile since I suspect it will confirm this

Can you post your logfile please.Same problem, as my computer processor is terrible, i've moved 911 onto my latptop, and i get tthe same error

I mean for example, say i had a Nvidia graphics card, windows 7 finds it and installs its drivers, but they are not good enough. I would then need to visit www.nvidia.com to download the latest drivers for my card. Do you see what i mean now?
Its the card that came with the computer, so i dont know. I've been on the acer website.

Run the DxDiag and I think that tells you.
Yeah i done it all, my graphic cards fine and doesn't need updating.
