Open the .rar with WinRAR and extract it into the LA Mod directory.

XP, all sirens work but Siren01, It wont play in media player also.

It's probably corrupt if it won't play in media player. Download them again and see if that works.XP, all sirens work but Siren01, It wont play in media player also.

Possibly your audio codecs, try download a newer version because if I can remember correctly, I saved Siren01 in another program.
If this still doesn't work, I'll re-save the audio in a different program and send it to you.

I actually do not know when the engine start noise is used in the mod. Obviously it would be used when the engine starts up, but there is no noise.
