How can I disable ffdshow?

Where do I go to disable it? (Vista) I clicked run went to regedit and did a search for it but cant really find it? I downloaded it from the site.

First of all, make sure that FFDSHOW is causing whatever your problem is. I read online that codec sniper could tell you wether you have broken codecs or not.. When it's broken, first try to disable the exe. If that doesn't work, you can use regedit to remove the reg file and then remove the other files manually. We do not bare resposibilty for any broken files or crashes!


I don't suggest you delete any files in regedit unless you're absolutely sure about your case..
