I changed the event percent to like 96%,not one demonstration event was there.
Is there illegal demonstration in 1.9?

I don't think the new map has any. I don't think Hoppah added all the evnets to the new map.

That could possibly be the problem. Perhaps the game needs to read 1-5 in order to process the events. Just guessing though.
I'm sure I've made 5 demonstration area's + 5 demonstration targets. I guess I have to take another look at it.

In my many, many hours of playing, I think i've encountered about every event but have not seen a demo. Makes sense.

I've played for 4 hours straight, and not even 1 demonstration, but i did get arson, a 10 car accident, and a hostage situation at the same time.

Heh, thats when I take the shortcut to hostage situations, one patrol unit rushes the gunman, arrest, in car, to HQ, back to the accident and fire. lol
