It is a very detailed simulation game and it is good for people who work as EMT's

No you can purchase with a credit card, but if you don't have one, you can use paypal.

Cool, but I dont see where to buy it on there site with a credit card.. I just see paypal sign,No you can purchase with a credit card, but if you don't have one, you can use paypal.

Do you get to the main menu? I think from the demo video you just click on the medic you wanna be.Well, i bought the game... But the go button doesent appear
