I think you can use the scout to see where the mines are.

Yes the scout can detect them. Pretty sure its in the tips menu or something like that.

I have found the solution for the mine problem. Firt you have to detect the mine on the ground using the NOCS unit and then use the scout to defuse them. In the tips menu there is an error maybe in the italian translation because the tip tells about an reconnaissance airplane to detect the mine. thanks again!!
