One thing to remember about the Older cars with the Aerodynic's, LAPD didn't want to limit the side visibility of the rotating lights by having built in alley lights, so they attached clear spot lights, like the small fog lamps you put on your bumpers, to the mounting feet just below and behind the Aerodynics. It was always something very distinctive that let you know it was an LAPD car versus anything else.

why?
Because he wants to use both the Caprice and this Crown Victoria in the LA Mod.
Why not combine the two vehicles into one submod package?

LAPD lightbars are red on the drivers side, blue on the passenger.
