Where and how i can download modinstaller, so i can play Emrtency 3 LA mod?

you can't download the modinstaller/ You have to download and install patch 3. That is in the download section of the website

Well, can you tell me how install that patch?

i think you just click install and it is like the game installation.Anyway why don't you get emergency 4?

I have em4 but it dont work normally on my computer.

OK, i downloaded 1.3 and there was modinstaller. I installed LA mod whit modinstaller, but when i load the mod in EM3, that mod dont work normally!! I cant get roof "open" whit that white box, when im trying take LA missions i cant send units, and i cant see LA mod cars, there is sometimes LA cars but then there is original cars.. What i do?

well ive downloaded the v1.3 ptch but i caant install it because it says emergency 3 isnt installed right. how do i install it right?
