Hi Guys, I'm hoping that you can help. - I'm just trying to finish the last level on a normal, non-modded version of emergency 4. - It the earthquake.
I've rescued everyone, put out all the fires and I *think* I arrested all the looters.
But it's telling me that the only task left to do is..."arrest and remove all armed looters". But I've done that.
- There were 2 groups, some from the north and a a few from the south. - I managed to arrest each group before they met up and started fighting.
- is this a bug? - or do prehaps a few looters run away when they see the police? - Or prehaps, are there more than 2 groups?
- Please help as it's sending me crazy!

Just do one quick sweep of the map again and see if you can find them, they have to be somewhere..

I've been looking throughout the map for the last 20 mins.
Could I just check... are there just two groups that you need to arrest? - Have you ever seen anyone ever run off? - They're definately not on the 'route' that they normally take!

well if you scared them off, he could've scattered or tried to flee...

You can use a police vehicle to drive the route from north to south. The looters will throw stuff at the police. That way you can easily recognize them.
