I hope so cuz I really want to play the mod. It's got crimes that happen near me!
If I can ask, what's the issue regarding Hoppah and him letting you use some of his stuff in re-skins. I'm not bashing one or the other, I'm just curious as to why he is hesitant in letting people use it.

Indeed, Paint.net and GIMP are the best free editors, but I must say I love my photoshop.

and them in action miami pd and miami-dade fire rescue respond to a heart attack in a moblie home.

I understand where you are coming from but, you could try to work out a way where you will still get all of the credit, but people could use there home town department skins.
