Since when do you speak Dutch?
Approval for a private mod is NOT the same as approval something you're planning to release.
Why would you need permission for something that's private?
You're the only one who has the changed files.

oh they joy of translators... I managed to learn 15 languages with them.. I can now speak enough to stay alive, but not enough to be fluent in all... The ones I'm fluent in I needed help learning (loves my foreign friends) or is English...


Sorry um, back to topic. I was wondering if it would be okay for me to use one of your scripts (LAToFireStaion.script) as a base(very very base, just something to start on) for a couple buildings and areas I plan on making, and hopefully if it works good enough release.

Ask for permission but as a general rule:
Script permissions will most often be approved.
Buildings are lower odds but you can try.
Vehicles usually will require you to put forth some effort on a model of your own.
Persons models should be permitted as well more often than not.

Always ask for permission and remember these general rules and you'll probrably get permission for a reasonable request of usage.

Note to users requesting script usage:
If you have recieved permission for usage of a script that has associated scripts required to work, you also recieve permission to use those directly associated scripts.
(EX: Firestation script would automatically be assumed to include the "gotofirestation" script)

May I use your LAWye script. I will be changing it around a bit to make a different acript but all the main components I need are already included in that script.
:) . It may be released with a mod or on its own but I will let you know how I plan to release it

i meant i know the 'secret' script James is gonna work on using the LAWye script as a base. all ill say is itll make the game more realistic

Um, Hoppah... one more question for copyright info

Would I be able to make a video series using your mod, All credit will be given, where credit is due... Just wanted to check seeing how it is sort of a series not just a single video, and it will be sorrt of like a TV show instead of just normal Game-play.

Um, as far as I know, right now just me and HPVFD236 are working on it, if you want more info, just PM me, and I will tell you the whole plans, but I'd rather not spoil it for everyone to see :D

There is a script name is: Hornscript if you press on that thens comes a horn sound but you can change that likes: Siren button: Siren sound, Yelp button: Yelpsound

Yes, you may use the flare script (and flare model if you want).
It depends on what you want to do with the sirens, because
1. Do you want to give vehicles more than 1 siren?
2. OR do you only want to change the siren on a certain vehicle?

For 1. you need to do alot more than only copying and renaming the scripts. A lot of other commands are connected to this script and the script itself is big.
For 2. you only need to add and change the path to the siren file. I used constants to the paths, so you only need to change the constant. It's really easy to do.

I suggest you open a thread in the HELP section of this forum if you want to 1. :)
