Mmm, even though I don't have GTA IV yet, can I get my callsign now? Are we using the Swiss Echo or NATO alphabet (even though they're basically the same thing)?

You can't get your callsign without passing a test which you need Gta for so therefore you cannot get your callsign ;)

I guess its lucky that you had a power outage because I wasn't able to come on anyway Lol.

And just FYI jacob, We have a patrol for NORTH SHORE in NJ,
on probationary status is
55 ECHO

His jurisdiction is from HUBBARD rd. NORTH to BEAVERHEAD AVE
And on the SKYWAY from the George washington Bridge (bridge connecting MANHATTAN TO NJ)
South to EXIT 5

Only problem is that - there is no spawn for the Rhino, and we play with Police off. Because we are the police, Otherwise i would do that... Especially for prisoner transports..

If you find a spawn for the Rhino let me know..
