Same error or different error?
And again was it an english version?

Hmmm,well after everything everyone suggested,im at a loss,maybe you cud tell us how old your pc is,and what system you got,as the specifications of your computer might not be upto the game......i cant think of anything else that cud stop it,hmm i have got anothe rtheory,but i wont post it here i will pm you to ask...

He can't install the game, so I don't think he can upload a logfile since the EM4 folder isn't on his pc yet. Or do you mean another kind of logfile?

He can't install the game, so I don't think he can upload a logfile since the EM4 folder isn't on his pc yet. Or do you mean another kind of logfile?

hi

i got emergency 4 to day and have installed it and when i click on the icon to play it does not let me play and a message comes up saying emergency 4 has encounted a problem and needs to close now every time i click on emergency 4

does anyone now how i can get rid of this problem thanks

yeh it is installed i can do everthing go to the auto run and the mod installer but it wont let me go onto the game or the editor.

Just upload your logfile...

It's located in your /Emergency 4/ or 911First Responders or Emergency 4 Deluxe directory and it's called logfile

i think that is the logfile and forget the read me files i uploaded the wrong file

This is what the Emergency 4 engine has said in the logfile. This is what you probably need to do to get your game to work.

If you installed new drivers, how comes that your DXDIAG file shows drivers from 2006? Did you uninstall the old ones before installing new ones?

If you have a different video card on both pc's, you can't copy drivers from oen pc to antoher. You'll have to make sure they were the right version.

Go here http://www.nvidia.co...aspx?lang=en-uk select your video card which is Nvidia 5 series FX,then what windows your running ie Xp or vista,select your language and download the driver,then install it,when you said you had updated your video drivers you clearly updated them to an old version,,,,grrrrr
