Hi, i solved this thing when the movies (Intro and dispatcher) opens in separate windows.

• Go to the control panel
• Go to screen
• Go to configuration
• Go to advanced
• Go to troubleshoot
• Deactivate all direct draw and direct 3d accelerations
• Start the game
