Im sorry for being a bother but I am new to 911 First Responders, and the LA Mod. I am stuck on how to evacuate all the people using the humvee and military vehicles. Any help would be appreciated.

Arrest or shoot them, put them in vehicles and take them away (to HQ by using 'Go Home' command).

Could you make it so police helicopters can evacuate the city like in the airport mission and if want u can make like 4 or 5 stay and refuse as arresting is hard work and shootng is a bit mean.
