I have just bought Emergency 3 again, but the mod-installer is missing, could someone upload it to megaupload or something similar so I can download it?

look at
C/program files/sixteen tones entertaiment/emergency 3
if modinstaller not is there you need to install the patches
what version did you buy ? UK,DE,FR or US

If you send him the mod installer......
Like sayd 100000 of times, if you have no patch 1.3 the mod installer is NOT going to work, the mod installer is not a standalone program.
