Is it possible to mod the demo version of Emergency 4. I've been searching, but it's hard since it doesn't come with the mod installer.

you can mod it, but only with the modinstaller. You do can adapt scripts and skins without the modinstaller.

No I can't my mail says I'm not alowed to upload that file type and I really don't have the time to find all the files and zipp them etc. Buying the game is easier (and probably cheaper)

The mod installer is not a standalone program, it requires the full verison of emergency 4 to run correctly.

Well and in the end, the ModInstaller is only a tool which unrars/unzips/whatever an archive to the EM4 Mod directory.
So it's of no real use ^^
