Take a patrol officer to the flagstand and ask him to stop the race by questioning him with the cop. He will aknoledge and stop the race, then you go about the rest of your duties.

I think you mean the ones blocking the entrance on to the track,just get a fireman to lift them up

no,totally diff subject, but in Hoppahs mod the metal barricades for the police, you know how you click on the police and get object the metal barricades in there which car do i need to get those since they always come up with X's thanks for the input though

If you move unit close to the barricades you will get a hint that you can pickup the barricades with a fire fighter. You didn't try hard enough.

He means the "police barricades". You need a SWAT rescue truck or a SUV.If you move unit close to the barricades you will get a hint that you can pickup the barricades with a fire fighter. You didn't try hard enough.

ahh place them,the click on them ,then there are some rotate buttons,click them
