Well it appears there BP logo on the trucks and the steering wheel is oposite side as in the USA I would have to Say the belong to PB facility firepartment in United kingdom.

I'm satisfied with the paranoids answer, since technically all BP fire stations are owned by the company, plus I doubt anyone could get the specific plant they're at.

Well the airport not in Allegeney county, but I did not ask for the county so that correct. Since you live there you should really know that.

I was on my way to tampa FL when I saw the ladder 19 drive. So i got my camera out. I accutly took that shoot and these while sitting my seat in the boarding area.
