AgentSmith6 was right, and it's not really an unmarked car. The Honolulu Police has officers use their own POVs at work since gas is expendive on the island, and it would cost a fortune and take a long time for regular marked police cars to get their.

Hmm, I am still deciding how impossible I should make it, considering I have emergency vehicle pics from all 7 continents (Anarctica has some cool fire apparatus along with things you'd see on the street in a lot of places.) I'll make my descision and then post it :1046275767_ugly:
