This is kinda hard. From the pictures that appear on google, i am assuming:
It's NOT japanese (lights are incorrect)
It's NOT chinese (possible, but the chinese police cars have chinese writing on the side, and the lights slant at the front on chinese police cars, not the sides).
It's NOT North Korean (Can't actually find a decent, up to date picture from this country)
It's NOT South Korean (wrong colour scheme)
It's NOT Twaian police (their police cars don't have 'police' on the side).
(This is going on what google/google images says and 1-5 pages, and this is not to be taken as true)
(This is also going on the fact that the police car comes from Asia, it might not)
I think i missed somewhere, but can't remember the country. I'm going to say Mongolia, and i reckon the city is Ulaanbaatar.
