congratulations my friend, you spelled Vatican wrong but you still win. This is actually the Vatican fire department. Random fact. It is recognized as the worlds smallest country, however isn't place on any map because of it's size(less the a sq mile!)

You'd be right then. It's Denver's Engine 6, one of the old 1990's Seagraves. But does anyone know if thossi answered if Davidtok was right?

Thanks Mike, I saw another Seagrave from Denver this week (though it was just a model), kinda weird, it seems I somehow see the units before they're posted here.

Regarding whether or not Thossi69's car was verified, it was not, but it's pretty clear that It's from Cuba. I can vouch for this because I've seen several Cuban Police cars during my travels through the internet.

Anyways, this is my challenge

NOT MINE! well not the Vatican one, I got you good and you know it!

I'ma guess that it is saudi arabia due to the fact that the number is 993 and the only traffic police to have 993 as a emergency number is them

Nope, Saudi Arabia runs Crown Victorias. In fact, a Saudi Crown Victoria was one of the challenges about a week ago.
