Couldn't find the station if I'm right. First time I've tried to find one of these. This is in Connecticut if I'm right.

You would be correct on the Engine though. It is E12 from said department, but we'll let the person that put the picture up say that

Built by Summit for BP Refinery Bulwer Island Brisbane it is 1 of 2 trucks. It is 100in wide and has 10 compartments with ROM roll-up doors, front bumper extension with 3in 750gpm discharge. It was built on an HME chassis with a Detroit 515 and Allison 4000 automatic transmission.
"The Foam Pro AccuMax 3300 has a 500 gallon tank capable of delivering individually metered foam solution to each discharge (four 3in, four 4in and one 6in). It has all stainless steel plumbing. The Snozzel Hydro Sword is mounted amidships with the same custom elevated side mount pump panel."
