Ambulance trailer from the island of Sark. One of 2 that are towed by tractors in the event of an emergency. Their fire appliance is a similar style.

This carriage is one of only two that's pulled by tractor to be the only frontline ambulance on an island of 600 people.

Its the Island of Crete but I can't find an agency name, I've tried translating the badge but my Greek isn't great and neither was the translator I was using.

It is the Island of Crete, but you don't have to put the agency name if you don't know it.
