Is it based at Brierly Hill?
Is it used at night to deliver helicopter medics/doctors to an incident as (most) air ambulances aren't allowed to fly at night? (Only info. I can find suggests its an RRV, which people have already suggested.)

Purpose, Primary Service (Who Owns it) and Secondary Service (Who Operates it)
First Response and West Midlands Ambulance Service (not sure if they own or operate it?)
Did anybody ever find out, how to get to sesame street?
