Whats your Operating System that you tryed it on? The Game might not have been compatible with the Version you had. The game requires Windows 2000 XP, Wish it didn't to be honest. Il post the full Game Requirements Below.

The English version is known as 911:FR. You can get it on Atari for 20 US dollars. Don't, whatever you do, get it from Amazon!
