Follow the next.

If you don't have the Winterberg mod installed do this:
1.Download this file and run it. ----> Download 1
2.Download the "installer" and run it as administrator (In Windows 7 / Vista) ----> Download 2
The installer is in German, but is really easy to install. Isn't not much diferent like another installer.

If you have the Winterberg mod installet just follow the step 2. (Above this)

I thought the swimming pool bug had been fixed :/ But yeah, it's a bug.

And @917893678251, I think the higher the number, the more of that type you get. I think they denote how many of that type of incident you get on average per 10 minutes.

I have a small problem : In the hotel (in the center of the map), you can't get in the room in the left (when you are in front of the entrance).
