I use the ladder truck and get a Firefighter to go into the building, then get the firefighter to get the person and then move them to the ground.


I think you need to use the operating table in the hospital but i'm not exacty sure what you have to do

Yeah, I thought that too, but I can't get the fireman on the ladder to go inside the building .. he just tries to cool it with water. Once you have put the ladder truck by the window, on the ground, what do you do then?

Also I found out what you do with the bleeding patient:
1 - call the Trauma Team to move him onto the stretcher.
2 - call the surgery op team to move him into an operating room and operate on him.

I had the problem with the ladder truck in a different mod, but not in the winterberg mod. I don't know what you have to do for it to work. You could just disable the suicicde event and hope you don't get any injured people in buildings.

I was never sure what to do with the bleeding patient, Thanks for finding out. So far I haven't had that event yet though.

Although the English one is a bit out of date - made before the required surgery event. The surgery event's string IDs are WIB_WD_NOTOP (the event name), WIB_WD_TOICU (the hint that appears) and another one I can't remember.

I know basic German anyway, so I normally play the mod in German and I have EM4 Deluxe which is German

You can figure out what some of the commands are even if you don't know what it means. Good luck playing the mod in German

I know quite a bit of German already though, so it's easy for me .. the thing is that you really need the German first-hand experience to know what things actually are. Like you can know what something means and still not understand it

Follow these instruction:

Since they released the update for winterberg mod all you need to do to get the English is to go to Specs folder in the Wnterberg mod.

there you find




metastrings.en (English)
metastrings.es (Spanish)
metastrings.fr (French)
metastrings.it (Italian)

and
metastrings.xml

I rename metastrings.xml to metastrings.de then rename metastring.en to metastrings.xml Then winterberg is english.

For the other lanauge it the same just that you do not rename metastrings.en you rename the on for the langue you want.



This should also allow you to get any update files this way.
