Ambulance and fire is getting annoying.Fire keeps on spreading,my fire engines keep blowing up,and my firefighters keep on dying. The ambulances are annoying cuz when you call one from off the map,it takes like 2-5 minutes to come.

Hey guys, what do I do when people start going into a bleeding shock kind of thing at the hospital? I call in a trama team they heal them and take him to surgery, but now what?
Also, how do I set up the detour signs properly?
Finally I see holds up are still my least favorite custom event since they stand in the door way making it impossible for anyone to arrest even if you use SEK commands.

Then you have to select the patient and the surgery table and then press the "OP team", or something like that button. Then the patient gets carried to the surgery room and doctors come in. Then just heal the patient, select the patient and the table and press the same button, but this time you have press RIGHT ctrl, while you press the button. After that call trauma team again and carry him/her to the ward.Load all the dogs into the van and try again.

And one other reason i stopped! I hate the emergency services if they aren't nordic or american!
Let me correct you then. As far as Britian goes.
I don't get the point why firefighters can't treat anyone,
They can give first aid, but they are too busy to give full medical care and to be reguly trained in it. Each service is very specialist in its field, instead of been widely mediocaly trained in all fields. Its like saying, why can't your fireman perform open heart surgery, you have to draw the line somewhere.
why ambulances aren't allowed to move when patient gets critical but wait for the doctor.
Because you raise the risk of them dying, but its not always the case, if the hospital is with in a close distance then they may rush them to specialist doctors keeping the patient stabilised, otherwise a doctor and airlift is better, its no different in any country, you take the descision on how best they will survive.
I know that it is realistic, they do these things in real life too. It is not the problem. That is that they do things the hard and stupid way, and being used for the fact that firefighters are all-around workers with knowledge of the whole rescue business, it bugs me to death that you need firefighter to carry the man out,
Well you don't exactly expect a paramedic with no safety equipment to carry them out putting themself into danger, and not trained in structual integraty etc.
EMT to hold his hand, other EMT to comfort him, a doctor to treat him, another doctor to consult the other one, paramedic to tell jokes, another paramedic to drive, third one to read the manual of the defibrillator,
You either get a paramedic and a ambulance technician, or two paramedics, the paramedic can offer medical care, hilst the other drives or assists. You can now get first aid defibulators, which allow anyone to use them, not sure if fire fighters have these yet as standard.
a firefighter to turn the car, EMT to accelerate the car and all these other stupid things.
That comment was stupid tbh.
Germans, like other middle-european countries sure know how not to do things.
A factual piece of evidence instead of a insult to hard working emergency services who work day in and out to save peoples lives would be apprecaited.

Is the game supposed to take a while to load on the Modifications page in Emergency 4?
Yeah, its a big mod (much models and scripts etc.)
It can take 5 to 20 min depending on your PC

Well how about working with Emergency Services in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Germany and Denmark?
Huh? That fine by you? Middle-European Emergency Models suck, they do and they do hard. Have you done it even in your own country?
Critisizing models of conduct is not an insult, you see. Some do things better, some don't and that is where you can point out the faults in a given conduct. Like I said, the strict and stiff-model of middle-europe ain't that good, and I atleast know what I am talking about.
