I have finished the LAPD SUV.
Here is an action picture:

I have also finished the first 2 helicopters.
But I'm not sure if I'm going to use those skins.
It just sucks that all helicopters in Emergency 3 and 4 are WAY too small.

I will work on the Mass Casualty Unit (a.k.a. ITW in Em4) comming week.
Because Los Angeles doesn't have such trucks in real life I am going to design my own MCU (Mass Casualty Unit). However, it will have some real life parts like the front which will look like this:

Hmm, I'm still deciding what I'm going to use as ITW.
On the German forums someone showed me a 'FDNY Mayor Emergency Response Vehicle'. I think a bus is better to use as ITW. But I really like the front of that MedTec too. Maybe I should make a larger ambulance (something between the RTW and ITW) and use the MedTec front for that vehicle.

I have made a M4 model.
There are 2 versions.
The first one is a M4 with scope for the sharp shooters.
The second one is for the soldier (just like the MP5 for the SWAT unit).

I will post some ingame pictures soon.

You could use an combination of both the busses rear and the Medtec front, or in whatever way you want ;) a bit of imagination could'ent hurt... haha

I like the new rifle models, the look very detailed for even for EM4... question: do the soldiers have the rifle automaticly or do they need to get it first from the Humvee??

Do you think that this is a necessary part of the game?

Personally speaking, I never used the ITW because it decreases the realism, a mass casualty unit, like the FDNY one pictured, is pretty useless except for dealing with minor injuries.

(NOTE (please): this isn't an instruction or a request or even a suggestion, just want to know whether people think it's an important part of gameplay or not, cheers)

Maybe it's not fully realistic, but I will make an ITW-type vehicle, because it's handy. If you don't agree with that, don't use the ITW then.

i think its brilliant because if there is a massive incident like gas explosion out of control after its cleared just pick the people up and place them in.

Hi all,

I have new information about my mod.
I have worked on new scripts some days, so there are new GREAT commands for my mod.

Ballistic Shield.
The SWAT unit has the ability to get a ballistic shield from a vehicle.
The Los Angeles Mod for Emergency 3 already has this function, but this one is different, because unit is actually protected from bullets now.

Police Barricades & Traffic Cones
I have made new commands where (police) units can get a barricade or traffic cone from a vehicle. The object will be placed in his hands and you can place it somewhere on the map then. You can also pick the object up and return it to the vehicle.

Two pictures where you can see the police barricades, traffic cones, ballistic shield and the sharpshooter where I'm working on:

EDIT: I will post some more detailed pics soon.

Thanks to Bass-Ti for his tips,
