im in a spot of bother, i click the download, and it says:

"error 500: Internal Server Error"

"Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten:

Die von Ihnen aufgerufenen Datei konnte nicht ausgeführt werden!"

can someone help or is this a problem my end?

My download says that the file is downloaded even though it is still downloading, and has not increased the % done for about 1 hour this can be attributed to the amount of downloads right???
