Could someone help!!
I recently installed the Emergency 3 Patch 3 for the English Version of the Emergency 3 but after it had installed and I went back in to the Emergency 3 Directory the Modification Editor has gone.
Is there anyway I can get the Editor Back?

Thanks, but it still did not work. It seems to have dissappeared completely. It used to have a shortcut in the Emergency 3 Folder but now it has gone.
Is there any way of restoring the editor without having to re-install the game?

The EDITOR is a part of the game, it can not be installed without installing the game and it can not be removed without uninstalling the game. The ONLY thing possible is that you are missing your shortcut.
The link of the shortcut with added -editor has to look like this depending on where the game is installed:
