Hello! I tried to make alpha reflection on my cars, and when I do in ps save as dds it offers me this, can someone help me with those variants? Wich I should try or should work. Thanks

It's very easy to find out in paint.net with preview part on tab. I did tutorial on adding those 5 years ago, and nobody ever used it. As it say you need theDxTex Program. I'll leave a link to it, use google translate if interested.
If it will work your way, try DXT3 and 5.
P.S. Remember that using alpha reflections results in sacrificing transparency of the skin.
