Richwood is a fictional city in Texas with a population of about 100,000. It is served by a fire department consisting of 4 Stations. Hazmat is Provided by Brazoria County. Hazmat units will be off map units including 1 Hazmat Engine, 1 Hazmat Foam Engine, and 1 Hazmat Truck. A Private EMS Company. And a Police Department.

I used to work on the Chicago Mod and yes I have permission
