Hello everybody, from several days, I can not connect to emergency fanforum (link: www.emergency-fanforum.de/). They said that "Login in to website (If you can)". So...Can anyone know what is happening and how to solve it?

Thats precisely what it wants you to do. It wants you to login, because you cannot enter the site without signing up first.
